Refunds are capped at 50%

If you ask for a refund, the most we can return is 50% of what you have paid, because our team's time, tools and work have already gone into your project.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") explain how Fsdm Mahmudul works with clients. "We", "us" and "our" mean Mahmudul Islam and team, trading as Fsdm Mahmudul. Your project is handled by a small team of specialists, and Mahmudul personally oversees every project. "You" means the person or business using this website or hiring us. By requesting an audit or paying for any work, you agree to these Terms.

Our services

We provide Google Ads management, Meta and Instagram ads, conversion tracking and analytics, conversion rate optimisation (CRO), eCommerce ads and white-label work for agencies. The exact work for your project is always described in a written quote before anything starts.

The free audit

The free audit is a focused review of your campaigns, tracking or conversion journey. We show you the main issue limiting performance, its likely business impact, your first priority and a practical next step.

  • It is free and you are never obliged to hire us afterwards.
  • It is advice based on the access and information you give us at that time, not a full implementation plan.
  • We may decline an audit request if it is outside our services or we do not have capacity.

Quotes and scope

Before any paid work starts, we send you a written quote by email or message. It lists the work, the total price, the payment steps and the expected timeline.

  • Work starts only after you accept the quote and the first payment arrives.
  • Anything not listed in the quote is extra work. We will always tell you the price before doing it.
  • Timelines depend on you sending access, answers and approvals on time.

Payment terms

Every project and task uses the same payment steps:

  • Step 1, free audit: no payment.
  • Step 2, start: you pay 20% of the total to start the work.
  • Step 3, halfway point: when about half of the work is done, you pay so that 80% to 100% of the total is paid. Your quote states the exact amount.
  • Step 4, handover: any balance left is paid when the work is finished, before final handover.

For ongoing monthly work, the same steps apply to each month's work. Prices are in the currency shown in your quote. Bank or transfer fees are paid by the sender.

If a payment is more than 7 days late, we may pause the work until it is paid. Paused time does not count towards the agreed timeline.

Ad spend is separate

Our fee does not include your advertising budget. You pay Google, Meta or any other platform directly, using your own payment method in your own account. We never hold or manage your ad budget, so we cannot refund ad spend.

Your responsibilities

  • Give us the access we need (for example Google Ads, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Meta or your website) on time.
  • Make sure your products, offers and website follow the law and each ad platform's policies.
  • Review and approve work when we ask, usually within 5 working days.
  • Tell us about any changes on your side that could affect results, such as price changes, stock problems or website edits.

Results

We work hard to improve your results and we always explain what we are doing and why. However, ad platforms, competitors, budgets and markets are outside our control. For that reason we cannot guarantee a specific number of sales, leads, rankings or return on ad spend. Results shown on this website are real examples, not promises.

Who owns what

  • Your ad accounts, analytics accounts, data and website always belong to you.
  • Once the work is fully paid, the campaigns, tracking setups, reports and documents we make for you are yours to keep and use.
  • We may keep our own general methods, templates and know-how, and use them for other clients.
  • We may show anonymised screenshots of results in our portfolio, with your business name and private details hidden. Tell us in writing if you prefer that we do not.

Confidentiality

We keep your business information, account data and results private. Only the team members working on your project can see them. We do not share them with anyone else except where needed to do the work, or where the law requires it. Agencies can ask us to sign a separate non-disclosure agreement (NDA).

Cancelling the work

Either you or we can end the work at any time by sending written notice by email. You pay for the work done up to that point. Payments already made are covered by our Refund Policy, which limits refunds to a maximum of 50% of what you have paid.

Limits of our liability

We are not responsible for losses caused by ad platforms, account suspensions, website or hosting problems, third-party tools, or changes made by you or other people. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. If you and we disagree, we will both first try to solve it by talking. If that does not work, the courts of Bangladesh will decide.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the bottom of this page shows the latest version. Work already agreed in a quote follows the Terms that applied when you accepted that quote.
